World Malaria day विश्व मलेरिया दिवस 25 अप्रैल, 2020 को पूरे विश्व में विश्व मलेरिया दिवस (World Malaria day) मनाया गया। ज्ञातव्य है कि मलेरिया का संक्रमण मादा एनोफिलीज मच्छर से फैलता है जो प्लाज्मोडियम नामक पैरासाइट को एक शरीर से दूसरे शरीर तक ले जाता है। मलेरिया उन्मूलन हेतु राष्ट्रीय रणनीतिक योजना (2017-2022) तैयार की गई है। भारत का लक्ष्य 2030 तक मलेरिया को समाप्त करना है। मुख्य विषय- Zero Malaria Starts with me । 25 अप्रैल, 2008 को 6 विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने पहली बार इस दिवस को मनाने की शुरूआत की थी। इस दिवस को मनाने का उद्देश्य लोगों को मलेरिया के प्रति जागरूक करना है। World Malaria Day was observed all over the world on 25 April 2020.
