Ans: The biological process involved in removal of harmful metabolic wastes from body is called excretion.

उत्तर: शरीर से हानिकारक चयापचय अपशिष्ट को बाहर निकालने की जैविक प्रक्रिया को उत्सर्जन कहा जाता है ।

84: What is Kidney?
Ans: Kidneys are the primary excretory organs in human beings, responsible for filtering blood and removing metabolic wastes.
Location and shape:
They are a pair of bean-shaped, reddish-brown organs located in the abdomen, one on either side of the backbone, protected by the lower ribs.
Functional Unit:
Each kidney contains millions of microscopic filtering structures called nephrons. Nephrons are the structural and functional units of the kidney.
84: वृक्क (किडनी) क्या है?
उत्तर: वृक्क मानव शरीर के प्राथमिक उत्सर्जी अंग हैं, जो रक्त को छानने और चयापचय अपशिष्ट को हटाने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।
स्थिति और आकार:
ये सेम के आकार के, लाल-भूरे रंग के अंगों की एक जोड़ी हैं जो पेट में रीढ़ की हड्डी के दोनों ओर स्थित होते हैं, और निचली पसलियों द्वारा सुरक्षित होते हैं।
कार्यात्मक इकाई:
प्रत्येक वृक्क में नेफ्रॉन नामक लाखों सूक्ष्म निस्पंदन संरचनाएं होती हैं। नेफ्रॉन वृक्क की संरचनात्मक और कार्यात्मक इकाइयां हैं।
