ब्राज़ील और पेरू के अमेज़न नदी के आसपास के क्षेत्रों में पाए जाने वाले ये बंदर बहुत घने और लम्बे शरीर के बाल रखते हैं, लेकिन सिर पर बाल नहीं होते। इसलिए Bald Uakari नाम दिया गया है। इन बंदरों का पूरा चेहरा लाल होता है। बंदरों में लाल रंग का चेहरा अधिक स्वस्थ होता है। इन बंदरों के जबड़े इतने मजबूत हैं कि वे किसी भी चीज को आसानी से खा सकते हैं।

The entire face of these monkeys is red. The red face is considered healthier among monkeys. The jaws of these monkeys are so strong that they can eat anything easily.
