• Female Height : 152 cm
• Male Running : 1.6 km in 6:30 min
• Female Running : 1.6 km in 8 min
• Male Squat up (uthak Bithak) : 20 times
• Female Squat up (uthak Bithak) : 10 times
• Male Pushup: 12 times
• Female Bent knee sit up : 15 times
